The first phase of Ontora AI is initial development and open-source code release, where the team focuses on building the core AI model, story-driven evolution engine, and decentralized architecture integrated with the Solana network. During this stage, developers will design a modular agent framework to ensure easy local deployment by users and enable data security and collaboration via Solana smart contracts. Once completed, the code will be released as open-source, allowing Web3 community users to access, test, and provide feedback for free, while initial documentation and tutorials will be created to help users understand how to deploy and customize their agents. The goal of this phase is to establish a technical foundation and attract early adopters, paving the way for future iterations.
In the second phase, user deployment and personalized tuning take center stage, as users deploy Ontora AI agents in their local environments using the open-source code and customize them based on personal or enterprise needs. Users can adjust the agents’ behavior patterns, task objectives, and story chapter preferences, allowing the agents to gradually adapt to their habits and goals through daily interaction and tuning. This phase also includes the agents’ random evolution mechanism based on user input, unlocking different story chapters and forming unique “personalities” and capabilities. Community support and feedback mechanisms will be established concurrently, enabling users to share their customization experiences and evolution outcomes, collectively driving improvements and feature expansions for Ontora AI.
